It is a sort of an ode to summer and I get sad when summer is ending. Although I get very excited about fall and everything fall has to offer! So again for me it is bittersweet 😉 Nick had to work Saturday, I spent time with my sister Justine and we went out to lunch to noodles and grocery shopping. Harlo and Justine then played outside together! Sunday was a little family baby shower for this sweet girl! My first shower was cancelled due to some family stuff so my sister decided to throw just a family shower at my house. It was nice to just have a small gathering of the most important people in my life. I know they have my back and are always supportive and encouraging. Oh my the cake was so delicious! I ordered this cake at Walmart with hesitation because being pregnant the cake just has to be super tasty!  WOW it exceeded all cake expectations 😉  my hat| dress| cardigan is from Target like 5 years ago 😉

Monday we relaxed, cleaned house, got more things prepared for the little one’s arrival and spent some time at the park as a family! What better way to spend the last day of a long holiday weekend?
