Gimme all the active wear! Who doesn’t want be be cute and comfortable? Am I right? I am a mom who loves to be comfy so if I can find active wear that can be worn all day I am sold! I thought I would share my looks plus some other pieces I have my eye on for this new year! If you haven’t heard from my instagram there is a new app called SWEAT and the 12 week challenge launched last week!
The SWEAT app has a workout for everyone! Whether you want to go to the gym or just workout at home! Complete with meal plans, workout music and ways to connect with others to keep that accountability! I saved a lot of info and a brief overview of what the app looks like on my highlights on my instagram feed if interested! I always like to see before I jump on board. It is a $20 monthly plan but has other payment options as well! Right now until January 28th SWEAT is offering 3 months for $1 for anyone that signs up!

Now on to what I am eyeing when it comes to active wear! I do tend to fall in love with items that are WAY ABOVE my price range! don’t we all right? Well I put in a mix of all cute pieces that are different price ranges. Everyone splurges on different items!
Health Tips from Sylvia Jade:
I drink a glass of lemon water (I use essential oils- lemon 2 drops) to help flush my system from overnight and my lymphatic system.
I drink Calm powder to help my magnesium levels
I drink a tablespoon of Nutritional Yeast in water for my B vitamin intake
Get Outside- fresh air really does a body good!
I use my essential oils for my girl’s behavior, sleep, sicknesses many different things! I have been an oil user or almost 5 years now and absolutely love them!
When you have a chance take lots of deep breaths throughout the day – great recharge!
