Our long weekend went fast and filled with all things Christmas! Once Thanksgiving is over we get our fresh cut tree and decorate the house! I love everything about the Christmas season.

Black Friday Sales
Happy Black Saturday!
Well I missed putting up Black Friday Sales yesterday for you all! Mom brain and I was just focused on going out and shopping because Black Friday shopping is a tradition for Nick and I! One of our first dates was getting up early to shop the Black Friday deals. Nick came to pick me up at 3 in the morning and we headed to the mall! Since then we have gone every year and we even went out this year with our newborn 😉 WE ARE CRAZIES!!! The sales I listed are good for the rest of this weekend!

I love finding versatile pieces I can transition into all seasons! My LGD or Little Green Dress is perfect for the upcoming Holidays! I am wearing casual brown boots that I bought a few years ago so here are a few similar ones! My perfect day date look! This dress will pair nicely with a cute pair of nude or black pumps! If it’s really cold outside you can even wear tights 🙂 If you are really in the holiday spirit these heels would give you extra flair! I partnered with Sammydress and found this dress for under $10!!! Such a good deal for a transitional piece! I have worn this dress with a jean jacket or moto jacket and chucks for a casual look while running errands! I am eyeing this vest to go over the dress paired with OTK boots like these and you my friends are holiday party ready! Endless options with this dress! My sunnies are seriously my favorite and under $5 from here! The clutch is from Target but I bought it last year so I linked a similar one here!

Our Girls Weekend
Happy Thanksgiving Week Loves!
It was a girl’s weekend because Nick went hunting! Thankfully he hunts close to home so he came home for a few hours and went back out. He had no luck this time around hopefully next weekend! He is going to try Pine essential oil because deer are supposed to be attracted to that scent. We will see if it is a success and let you know! Our girl’s weekend consisted of watching Hallmark Christmas movies, Barney Christmas and lots of snuggles and cuddles! We also grocery shopped for Thanksgiving this week! I am hosting this year and my family all brings a few traditional dishes to pass 🙂 This will be Sutton and Penny my sister’s little girl’s FIRST Thanksgiving! So excited to share the firsts with my sister! We always dreamed to have kids together when we were little! It is incredible to have that dream turn reality!!

This is probably the last outfit of the year that I will be wearing my fav cutoffs! We have been so blessed with such gorgeous weather for November!! Today we had high 60’s and we spent the day again at the park and we even had a little picnic! Harlo really enjoyed her time and I loved to have that special one on one bonding time with her since Sutton was sleeping in her carseat!

Happy 1 month Sutton! You make our hearts happy with your smiles and coos! Ahhh I wanted to make this post earlier because Sutton turned a month on October 24th but I am going to say life just took over and it didn’t happen. Glass half full side- I am posting this before she turns 2 months 😉

Well last night was intense and I definitely didn’t get enough sleep! I can’t believe the week is already half over?? Who else thinks the days, hours, minutes and seconds go too fast once you have kids? I have mentioned this before but I am loving our super crazy warm November we are having here in the Midwest! I truly appreciate the longer warm weather for so many reasons! Being able to go to the park, taking walks and not have to be massively bundled like a marshmallow, not having to shovel snow, and wearing cute tops like the one I am wearing! This is definitely not a normal November outfit 😉
