Being a parent I feel time goes even faster because I would like the time to go slower. When I was younger I never understood when my mom would tell me don’t rush time it goes fast enough. Cowl necks are more freeing for me versus a turtle neck but gives that warmth I will need when our crisp fall Midwestern air comes through 😉 The added fringe at the ends gives it that chic look because fringe is a big staple for fall! This poncho is a one size so it will truly look great on everyone!

I am pregnant so it covers the bump well if any of you will be pregnant during the upcoming fall season. I will have my sweet girl soon so this poncho will transition perfectly for my postpartum style! Being a mom it’s important to me to find clothes that are comfortable, affordable but also on trend so I don’t have to sacrifice my style. Fourth of July weekend is here! Today started off with my second midwife appointment for baby girl 🙂 We grocery shopped for our big weekend ahead! Then had to spend the rest of the day in the pool! Saturday we will be celebrating my brother in law’s birthday with a little BBQ at my parent’s house.

We are prepping our closets for our 4th of July festivities! Since having a daughter dressing in red, white, and blue has been a highlight of the 4th of July! I found this dress at Chicwish and instantly fell in love with the ruffles and that it is off the shoulder. I wear this dress on repeat because of the fit. Currently I am all about off the shoulder <3 As I shopped around on Chicwish  I couldn’t help myself but fall in love with this and this as well <3
