We are prepping our closets for our 4th of July festivities! Since having a daughter dressing in red, white, and blue has been a highlight of the 4th of July! I found this dress at Chicwish and instantly fell in love with the ruffles and that it is off the shoulder. I wear this dress on repeat because of the fit. Currently I am all about off the shoulder <3 As I shopped around on Chicwish I couldn’t help myself but fall in love with this and this as well <3
Second Trimester Update
So now that I hit my third trimester on Saturday I will update y’all on my second trimester! EEk I should be updating better but this pregnancy is just speeding by! I lost track of how many weeks I was and I actually lost a week! This pregnancy has been an average pregnancy for the most part. I had my first midwife appointment on June 8th and baby girl was measuring 25 weeks which I was 25 weeks and 5 days so she is right on track! I am experiencing all the pregnancy norms despite what my pictures show! I am getting those spider veins on my legs, cellulite, and my belly button has popped out around 16 weeks of pregnancy. So now my belly button is like a little tunnel! I also have gained about 15lbs in this trimester and my sciatic nerve still acts up if I have been on my feet longer than usual or if I sit too much 😉

We are so excited these are the first days of summer! Hot weather, sunshine, and splashing in the pool! Doesn’t get any better than this <3 Harlo’s swim diapers are the cutest! We absolutely LOVE the Honest Company they have really grown as a company since when we started ordering from them! They have so many great chemical free products that fit our chemical free lifestyle:) Our inflatable pool we purchased at Walmart for $13 and it has seriously been the best $13 we have spent in a long time 🙂

Give Some Love to the Preggo Belly

Bear your belly all my preggo mama’s! I love to watch my little girl grow and yes that ultimately means my belly is stretching giving me those stretch marks and a poppin’ belly button at 24 weeks that sticks out no matter what I wear! On the flipside, I have to embrace the changes because God created me and this new little girl just for me to carry. Us women are capable of making miracles! Especially grateful that I have the ability to carry a child when there are so many women have fertility issues. So the stretch marks just come with the territory of making miracles. However, I have a cream that helps the uncomfortable stretching skin and helps to reduce the visibility of stretch marks!

pants | tank top | clutch | hat | sunnies (similar)
I am loving prints for this spring season as we are moving into the summer! These printed palazzo pants fit the bill! Especially during pregnancy because of the comfort, ease and airiness of the pant. I feel the print and color are great for spring and through summer. I have even paired the pants with a chunky cropped sweater for fall. Dressing these pants up with a blazer provides more of a professional look. I styled my pants in a more simple bohemian style look and added a little feminine touch with my jeweled sandals and a layered necklace. I have always loved the flowy bohemian style so I LOVE that I haven’t been able to give it up because I am preggers!
