We are still deciding on a name it is between two that I really like. Every pregnancy and every ones body is different but the items I chose are helping me have an enjoyable pregnancy.

Belly Band– This has been a life saver when it comes to wearing non-maternity jeans or jean shorts. Since this is my second baby I had to use this earlier than I needed to with Harlo. I bought a size 1 because of my pre-pregnancy pant size is a 6. It fits true to size. I recommend getting one in all colors! It helps to support your belly and give you a seamless chic look 🙂

Shutterfly Pregnancy Journal– I made this journal with Harlo and absolutely loved having something to remember my pregnancy. You upload your own personal photos and fill in your experiences.

Converse– A comfortable must have shoe during pregnancy. These go great with a cute shift dress or some jean cutoffs!

Chalkboard – I am obsessed with this chalkboard to record my growing bump weekly! Lindsay the owner of the Etsy shop that makes these does amazing work- go check it out 🙂

Fem-Prenatal Vitamins-These prenatal vitamins were recommended to me by my chiropractor. They are made with the most natural ingredients and digests easy. I take mine with a glass of water and some lemon EO in the water to help boost the benefits of the vitamins:)

Ello Water Bottle– Drinking lots of water is a must during all trimesters of pregnancy. I chose this water bottle because it is glass and I can use my essential oils in it throughout the day! First trimester I use lemon essential oil and citrus fresh essential oil a lot to ease nausea. Second trimester and now I am alternating lemon, lime, orange, and grapefruit essential oil throughout my days to keep me energized and refreshed during these hot summer days 🙂 *using citrus oils you have to use glass so you don’t get the plastic petrochemicals in your water that is another reason I use the glass water bottle!

Maternity clothes- I love clothes from Motherhood Maternity and Pink Blush Maternity, and Asos Maternity 🙂 Great affordable places for comfy, and stylish clothes.

Pregnancy Pillow– This pillow perfect to help circulation while sleeping as well as promoting sleeping on your side while pregnant. It hits all the areas to support a restful sleep. A couple drops of lavender essential oil on the pillow and in the diffuser with cedarwood essential oil and you will be in dreamland 😉

Raw Almonds– You need to have a healthy snack on hand! It is important to have nutritious snacks around for when hunger strikes. I love having these raw organic almonds because they give me the protein and omegas I need to help my growing baby! I choose organic and raw because they are the most natural form of the almond!

Young Living Oils– These are the purest therapeutic grade essential oils from the company Young Living Essential oils. I use all the oils shown  being pregnant! As long as you dilute with a coconut oil or Young living’s V-6 oil and follow the directions on the bottle. With the oils shown you will also receive a diffuser which is a BONUS! The 11 oils and diffuser is called the Premium Starter Kit and it truly is the 11 most popular and versatile oils from Young Living that help get your feet wet so to speak in essential oils! Helpful non-toxic way to help support your growing changing belly. Here is the post on getting started with oils for more information 🙂 Here you can get your kit!

Genesis Lotion– An amazing lotion to help the stretching skin of your beautiful growing belly as well as your entire body. This lotion contains specific oils to help soothe skin. I absolutely love the smell! I also make my own lotion and add my own essential oils to support my stretching skin. Here is a post all about it! Bottom line you will need a good  lotion for your skin. There are a lot of changes that happen.
