Processing Time

• Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Studio Pickup (Free)

• Free pickup is available from our Richmond, BC studio.
• Address: 8091 Westminster Hwy, Richmond, BC (By Appointment Only).
• Most pickup orders are ready within 24 hours on business days.
• If you would like to view jewelry in person, private viewings can be arranged in advance.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

✨ Free Shipping Over $200

We offer complimentary tracked shipping on all orders of $200 CAD or more within Canada and the United States. For orders under $200 CAD, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

• Orders are shipped from our Richmond, British Columbia studio through Chit Chats and its trusted carrier partners, including Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and other major delivery services.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Canada (British Columbia): 1–5 business days
• Canada (Other Provinces): 3–10 business days
• United States: 4–15 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.

International Shipping

• We are happy to ship internationally.
• If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist you with a custom shipping solution.

Duties & Taxes

• Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
• These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates or product prices.

Tracking & Delivery

• All shipped orders include a tracking number.
• Your tracking information will be sent automatically via email once your package has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

• Please double-check and ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
• Packages returned to our studio due to an incorrect address or failure to collect may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once a package is officially marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Sylvia Jewel is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• If a delivery issue occurs, we will gladly assist you in opening a claim and working with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
