We offer complimentary tracked shipping on all orders of $200 CAD or more within Canada and the United States. For orders under $200 CAD, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are shipped from our Richmond, British Columbia studio through Chit Chats and its trusted carrier partners, including Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and other major delivery services.

Canada (British Columbia): 1–5 business days
Canada (Other Provinces): 3–10 business days
United States: 4–15 business days

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to our studio due to an incorrect address or failure to collect may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is officially marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Sylvia Jewel is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a delivery issue occurs, we will gladly assist you in opening a claim and working with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
