We offer complimentary tracked shipping on all orders of $200 CAD or more within Canada and the United States. For orders under $200 CAD, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
- Orders are shipped from our Richmond, British Columbia studio through Chit Chats and its trusted carrier partners, including Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and other major delivery services.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada (British Columbia): 1–5 business days
- Canada (Other Provinces): 3–10 business days
- United States: 4–15 business days

International Shipping

Tracking & Delivery
- All shipped orders include a tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
- Please double-check and ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- Packages returned to our studio due to an incorrect address or failure to collect may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once a package is officially marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Sylvia Jewel is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If a delivery issue occurs, we will gladly assist you in opening a claim and working with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
