We offer complimentary tracked shipping on all orders of $200 CAD or more within Canada and the United States. For orders under $200 CAD, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
U.S. customers: Import duties and taxes are prepaid on all U.S. orders, including orders under C$200. Shipping is free on orders of C$200 or more; shipping rates for smaller orders are shown at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery
- All shipped orders include a tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

- Packages returned to our studio due to an incorrect address or failure to collect may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once a package is officially marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Sylvia Jewel is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If a delivery issue occurs, we will gladly assist you in opening a claim and working with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
